With over 30 years’ experience in risk management and insurance placement, Rose leads a team of talented professionals specializing workers’ compensation and risk management solutions with an emphasis in Property and Casualty insurance for mid-market companies.

 

She has served in a number of capacities in the insurance industry. Rose began her insurance career as an insurance underwriter, enabling her to quickly identify her clients’ risks and insurance needs. This process enables Rose and her client to devise a clear process to implement and monitor risk management strategies. By identifying and reducing the business owner’s risk, the underwriters can quickly make informed decisions and offer the most favorable pricing, terms, and conditions.

 

Rose earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation, Accredited Advisor in Insurance designation, and Agriculture & Farm Insurance Specialist designation. She has also earned a Certificate by the Society for Human Resources Management, which demonstrates she has the skills and knowledge required of professionals in the Human Resources field.

 

Rose currently serves on the Executive Board of the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation, and on the Board of Directors of the Vernon Chamber of Commerce.
