Born and bred in a small coal mining and steel mill town in Western Pennsylvania, Ric moved to Orange County, CA, after graduating with a B.A. in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
While in Southern California, he continued his education by attaining his MBA from Pepperdine University.
He currently chairs CEO Peer Groups® in Orange County, CA, through his partnership with REF. Ric is enrolled to become a Certified Conscious Capitalism Consultant.
He is the author of three (3) books and frequently speaks on topics of interest to CEOs and business owners.

While an undergraduate, Ric worked for A&M Records, helping new bands to gain popularity by getting them airplay on college radio stations throughout Western Pennsylvania. One of the bands Ric helped to launch in the U.S was a then-little-known British rock band by the name of The Police.
